Delivery options Available. (All parcels are sent via Royal Mail.)
1st class Signed for - £6.50 (orders processed next working day) Royal Mail aim to deliver Next Working Day.
2nd class Signed for - £4.10 (Orders processed next working day) Royal Mail aim to deliver within 2-3 working Days.
Please note that we currently work Monday - Friday and do not work bank holidays so orders will be processed the next working day. Although we endeavour to post all parcels next working day, during busy periods these can be delayed by 24hrs. Any questions regarding delivery feel free to contact us via e-mail or telephone during shop hours.
Returns Policy
We are happy to exchange any purchases made within 21 days of order. Please however contact us in store trading hours to discuss the reason and arrange a return on our store telephone; 01495 711300.
Any agreed returns the cost of postage must be covered by the buyer and relevant delivery option selected to ensure arrival of the parcel, exchanges will not be processed until the original purchase is received back in store.
